Services

From helping to distill initial concepts through to project completion, we take pride in quality design that is exciting, useful, well-designed, and well-constructed.

Project Inception

The planning of your project starts here. Branch Architecture works closely with you to understand your project needs, ideals, and goals.

Schematic Design

Our initial loose sketches illustrate the ways that your project can be organized: this is where functional requirements, important views, budget, and other parameters come together.

Design Development

This phase refines a selected schematic design, providing a more resolved definition of the scope, form, and arrangement of the built project.

Construction Documents

We’ll prepare written and graphic instructions as required to obtain a building permit, secure bids from contractors, and guide the construction of your project.

Bidding & Negotiation

Choosing the right contractor can make all the difference in the execution of your project. We can help you select a contractor with skills and experience necessary for a first class product.

Contract Administration

We will meet regularly with both client and contractor to ensure that construction is proceeding in accordance with the drawings and specifications, and that the materials and workmanship meet our expectations and standards.

Projects

Contemporary design is a holistic endeavour that takes into account existing built conditions, the landscape, and current modes of living and occupying space. The result is not pre-defined, but emerges as the interaction between the user and their environment.
